Jordo's choice: Either steaks with garlic salt on both sides cooked fast on an very hot BBQ grill or as a roasting piece stuffed with garlic prawns, mushrooms and shallots and coated in whole-grain mustard, bacon and pastry and served with a rich red wine reduction sauce.
