When we make our Original Beef sausages we get out the required amount and slowly add the worcestershire sauce and the cracked back pepper while mixing them in. Just enough of each flavour to notice both without being overpowered by either. Filling them out in the thin skins to make these come together nicely.
There are about 14 sausages to the kilo and they are frozen in half kilo lots. Please keep this in mind when ordering
